Production Supervisor

Requirement:

1.Preferably have experiences in manufacturing environment especially Production.

2.Pleasant personality, self-motivated, positive attitude towards work and the company.

3.Has good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact and engage with all levels of employees.

4.Able to work under pressure and with minimal guidance.

5.Able to handle assignment and people.

6.Fluent in English.

7.Have computer knowledge.

8.Literate in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point Presentation.

Job Description:

1. Liaise with Production Assistant Manager/ Superior on daily loading targets, arrangement and quality status review.

2. Review with Production Assistant Manager / Superior on unsolved issues, to come up with long term plan issue.

3. Plan line targets based on loading and work in progress. (Scheduling arrangement base on priority).
