About the Role

We are presently recruiting a Production Supervisor four our clients in County Kerry. The company in question manufactures precision components for the global healthcare market. The company uses insert injection moulding, silicone moulding, and automated assembly process to manufacture large volumes on a 24 / 7 basis. This is a fulltime, permanent position.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee shift production output, ensuring compliance with company policies and product specifications.

  • Maintain a safe work environment in line with company and Irish safety regulations.

  • Possess a technical background (fitter/mechanic) with manufacturing experience; injection moulding knowledge preferred.

  • Manage production machines: troubleshoot, fine-tune, fix breakdowns, and perform mold changeovers.

  • Ensure high-quality, high-volume, low-cost production with tight margins.
