Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production targets for the Packing Department
• Organize packing workflow by assigning tasks and preparing shift schedules
• Supervise, guide, and motivate packing operators to ensure productivity and quality standards are met
• Ensure packing activities comply with quality, safety, and company requirements
• Ensure proper and safe use of packing machinery and arrange regular maintenance
• Inspect packed products to ensure they meet specifications and customer requirements
• Prepare and submit production and packing performance reports
• Identify inefficiencies in packing operations and implement improvement actions
• Train new packing staff on standard operating procedures (SOP), safety rules, and machine handling
• Enforce strict safety guidelines, housekeeping, and company standards
