Production Supervisor (Hermosillo)

Aim of the Position

• Manage his manufacturing team according to the work in progress and general planning
• Build the detailed schedule in accordance with general one’s in order to reach performance on daily basis
• Manage SQCDA Level1 and participate to level2

Requirements

• University level people, Technical diploma
• Experience of at least 3 years in a similar position
• Experience in personnel management, teamwork
• Handling of tools, reading and comprehension in English and Spanish
• Functional: Customer orientation, planning, emotion management, communication
• Knowledge: Production, quality and Manufacturing
