- A graduate of 4 Years Course in BS Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical) or any related course
- Provides on job training to employees in all areas of their job duties including work instructions, health & safety
- Strong communication skills
- With mentorship & Staff development skills
- Knowledgeable in conflict resolution
- Decision Making and Problem Solving Skills
- Adapt multi-tasking /flexible environment
- Ability to use machinery and follow procedure
- Troubleshooting - resolve issues that cause delay production
- Has keen eye for equipment & machineries functions- maintain good condition and schedule of repairs
- Maintain standard and ensure production output will meet specification.
- Ensure product are made efficiently, safely and high quality
