The Production Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of production to ensure that products are produced in line with safety, quality and consumer requirements for the bakery. This position reports to and supports the Production Manager. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Must lead by example by strictly following all company policies. Responsible for training and ensuring that production paperwork is filled out correctly by employees. Ensure safety rules are being followed at all times.
