Production Supervisor

Your Job Molex is seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor to join our CSBU production team. In this role, you will lead the night shift production operation, managing line leaders and operators, while driving continuous improvement efforts. You will collaborate closely with the production team, Process Engineering (PE), Quality, Testing and Assembly teams to deliver operational excellence focused on Safety, Quality, Productivity and Daily Management.
