Production Supervisor - Day Shift

Reporting to the Production Manager, this role is responsible for supervising manufacturing operations and employees for a designated value stream. This position plans and assigns resources, implements policies and procedures, recommends and executes improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.

As a Production Supervisor you will:

• Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve positive results in all areas, seeking to meet and improve schedule dates, improve quality, reduce process times, reduce inventory levels, increase the utilization of resources and manage department priorities
• Supervise the work and activities of manufacturing employees, manage manpower and materials needed to complete jobs accurately and on time, monitor production schedules and results, manage departmental performance measures, and provide regular progress reports to management and peers.
