Brampton, ON (On‑Site – 5 Days/Week) Day & Afternoon Shift (Flexible)

$80,000–$85,000 per year + 3 Weeks Vacation + Full Benefits + Team Perks

We’re seeking a hands‑on Production Supervisor to lead a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced meat/food manufacturing facility. This role is primarily floor‑based (80% production floor / 20% reporting & admin) and ideal for a leader who thrives in operations, problem‑solving, and team development.

What You’ll Do

• Directly manage 7–8 team leads / direct reports
• Lead daily shift handovers and production meetings
• Spend 80% of your time on the production floor, driving standards and performance
• Ensure production targets, KPIs, GMP, HACCP, and OHSA compliance are met
