Responsibilities – Production Supervisor

• Control our production operations. You will ensure that manufacturing follows a smooth, efficient, and quality-driven process by supervising employees and organizing workflows.
• Propose and execute the production schedule according to the required delivery plan.
• Enforce and ensure compliance with production, quality, and safety procedures.
• Provide the required number of personnel and resources to meet product specifications.
• Document and review inventory along with production records.
• Enforce and supervise safety measures.
• Oversee the production process from start to finish and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain a healthy working relationship among staff members.
• Quickly identify and investigate operational or manufacturing issues and recommend effective action plans.
• Provide training to the Production team.
