Production Superintendent

Upholding the company’s safety management standards within the area of responsibility.

Support and encourage the “continuous improvement “mind send towards achieving high level productivity and quality.

Receives a daily production schedule from planning and executes accordingly.

Coordinates these inputs and a variety of resources (e.g., materials, personnel, equipment, etc.) to achieve on-time production of quality products within budget guidelines.

Identifies and resolves bottlenecks in the production process.

Recruit, select, assign, schedule, and coach employees.

Manages shift personnel to ensure production targets are met including balancing headcount, managing holidays, managing overtime.

First point of escalation for disciplinary issues within the production area.

Efficient control of daily activity and processes in production.

Ensures that customer deadlines and quality requirements are met.
