Production Staff Specialist (Shift Lead)

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate production teams to achieve established targets, with full accountability for shift operations, including equipment, process, and production activities. Ability to inspire, guide, and develop teams to achieve operational excellence and support for continuous improvement (BIC).
• Conduct real‑time monitoring of production systems and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate efficiency and optimize shift productivity. Exercise sound decision‑making and prioritization during night shifts and weekends to address urgent or ad hoc requirements.
