Production Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities:Supervise Production Team (Shahada Workforce): Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of production operators within the assigned area or shift in the Shahada plant. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.Monitor Production Processes: Oversee daily production activities to ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Identify and address any deviations or issues promptly.Ensure Quality Standards: Monitor product quality throughout the production process, conduct regular checks, and ensure compliance with quality control procedures.
