About the Role
JOB DETAILS
Manage Retail product - Motor insurance (Private 4W, 2W) on our portal and Commercial vehicles of various insurance companies
Liaison with Insurer's key stakeholders (Business Team & IT) to ensure product offerings on portal are up to date in terms of premium, content and buying process
Support tele-calling team with regular product training and mentoring
Work towards improving lead to sale closure TATs and closure percentage
Support Development team with UAT (User Acceptance Testing) of new / revised products
Manage sales reconciliation process with InsurersRoles and Responsibilities
