1. Senior Role: Asphalt Batcher / Plant Operator

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Batcher to take on a crucial role in our asphalt production facility. This position is integral to the efficient and safe operation of the asphalt plant, ensuring the accurate batching of materials to meet strict quality standards.

• Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 Annual Salary + Company Vehicle.

Key Responsibilities (Batcher):

• Accurately measure and combine raw materials (aggregates, asphalt cement, and additives) according to specified mix designs.
• Monitor and maintain asphalt quality by conducting frequent tests and adjusting batching parameters.
• Operate and maintain batching and mixing equipment.
• Manage raw material inventory levels and assist with truck allocations.
