The role focuses on optimizing resources, balancing capacity constraints, and driving continuous improvement in planning processes to achieve efficiency and reliability in production performance.

• Develop, manage, and optimize production plans and schedules in line with capacity and delivery requirements.
• Distribute production tasks to teams and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely execution.
