Key Accountabilities
- Production Scheduling & Capacity Planning:
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules using ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to meet customer delivery deadlines.
- Monitor capacity utilization and identify bottlenecks; propose solutions to optimize production flow.
- Coordinate with production supervisors to ensure schedule adherence and address deviations in real-time.
- Inventory Management:
- Manage raw material and finished goods inventory levels to meet target service levels while minimizing carrying costs.
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials and avoid production delays.
