Production Planner

PRIMARY PURPOSE:Ensure production processes proceed efficiently and in an orderly manner to meet customer order requirements, optimize resource utilization, and control costs. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:1.Develop detailed production plans based on customer orders and inventory status. Issue weekly/daily plans to production workshops, coordinate resources, and ensure plans are actionable. 2.Determine material requirements based on production plans. Monitor material/outsourced process delivery status and collaborate with the materials department to ensure timely and adequate material availability. 3.Track production site progress and monitor work-in-process (WIP) status. Coordinate resolution of production/material anomalies, promptly adjusting plans or allocating resources as needed. 4.Facilitate cross-departmental communication and collaboration.
