Production Planner

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop production plans based on sales orders and production capacity, and reasonably schedule production progress to ensure on-time delivery.
• Responsible for creating Material Requirements Planning (MRP), tracking material arrival status, and coordinating to resolve material shortages.
• Monitor the execution of the production plan, promptly identify and resolve production discrepancies to ensure smooth completion of production tasks.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, warehousing, and logistics departments to ensure optimal allocation of production resources.
• Regularly analyze key performance indicators such as production plan execution rate and delivery fulfillment rate, and provide improvement suggestions.
