About the Role
Production Operatives
Industry: Manufacturing
Location: Ryde, Isle of Wight
Hours: Rotating dayshift 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm weekly
Days: Monday - Friday
Duration: Immediate start on an ongoing basis during busy peak
Duties
- Operation of vibrating and sandblasting machinery
- May also involve operation of power tools
- Control of materials and recycling of waste
- Working to technical specifications, quality standards and health & safety regulations
Experience and Requirements
- Previous production or manufacturing experience and a good awareness of health and safety
- Physically fit, able to undertake manual handling tasks
- Can work well to instructions and as part of a team
- Flexible with working hours and have good attention to detail
