About the Role
Shift Pattern: Wednesday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (12-hour shifts)
Pay: £14.45 per hour
Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract: Temporary ongoing
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Operatives for our client based in Redditch. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a clean, well-organised environment with competitive pay and regular night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Packing products to a high standard
Working efficiently on a fast-paced production line
Conducting quality checks and ensuring products meet company standards

Requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Good attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Previous production or packing experience is beneficial but not essential
