About the Role
Job purpose
The multi skilled Production Operative is to support a team in 3 departments depending on the daily operational business need. Too assist with the Production and Packing processes within our bakery and support the Hygiene Department.
The multi skilled Production Operative will provide support to teams in 3 departments - Bakery, Packing and Hygiene, depending on the daily operational business need. Following variable production protocol from Supervisors on a day-to-day basis.
To work as part of a team and achieve team objectives.
Ability to undertake training as and when required. On-the -job training will be provided.
Must undertake food hygiene and health and safety training.
Duties and responsibilities
Bakery Dept
Work in the bakery, mixing, depositing, loading and of loading baking trollies from ovens.
Working on production line with packing cakes.
To conduct quality checks and discard any faulty items...
