Production Manager

Location: North West

Overview

We are seeking a Production Manager for this FMCG manufacturing business, who has outstanding processes and procedures in place and a customer service level to be extremely proud of. That said they can do better, and this is where this role comes in. The Senior Team on site are in touch with everything that happens in the factory and are well thought of by the shop floor staff.

Requirements

• As Production Manager, you will need to have production management experience within a food or pharma manufacturing background to be successful.
• You will have experience of running a production facility managing a team of supervisors and operators and working closely with all other departments in the business.
• You will be able to demonstrate working collaboratively with all internal departments and external customers.
• This is a site based with an earlier finish on a Friday.
