About the Role
We are looking for a Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations in a high-volume automotive metal-mechanical environment, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize daily production operations and teams.
- Ensure compliance with automotive quality systems (IATF 16949).
- Drive KPIs, continuous improvement, and cost reduction.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics.
- Support new product launches and capacity planning.
- Promote a strong safety culture on the shop floor.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and high-volume production.
