Our client is a growing privately-owned business, who have recently invested over £2 million into new production equipment and facilities to scale with growth. As Production Manager you will be responsible for daily production volumes while ensuring the highest level of health and safety compliance. Successfully managing two Production Shift Managers and a wider team of 18 to ensure smooth running of production, reporting into the Head of Operations with data-driven solutions and production forecasts. The role is Monday to Friday day shift, with flexibility required to meet production demands.
