Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Production Manager located in Guadalajara, North Site .

The Production Manager role involves guiding and coordinating activities of employees engaged in the following areas of a manufacturing department; multi-level assembly, electronic card/system testing and quality assurance to attain production goals consistent with cost, quality, and delivery requirement.

What a typical day looks like:

• Guides department activities to hold up design of new products, modify existing designs, improve production techniques, and helps on test procedures.
• Explores technology trends and market demand to plan projects.
• Contributes with management, production, and marketing staff to resolve manufacturing feasibility, cost effectiveness, and customer demand for new and existing products.
