Role Summary
The Production Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and controlling all commissary production activities to ensure consistent quality, food safety, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency across all restaurant brands.
This role translates demand plans into daily production, manages kitchen teams, and ensures that recipes, yields, and standards are followed exactly.
Key Responsibilities
1. Production Planning & Execution
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on approved demand forecasts
- Ensure all commissary items are produced on time, in full, and to spec
- Allocate manpower, equipment, and shifts efficiently to meet output targets
- Adjust production schedules in response to urgent store needs or shortages
