Position Overview

The Production Lead / Production Manager is responsible for day-to-day production on the shop floor while coordinating people, planning, and processes.

• 65% hands-on production work
• 35% office/management (planning, organizing, supervision, communication)

You will work directly with the owner and the production team to ensure orders are produced safely, on time, and to specification, while helping to improve methods and productivity.
