Production Manager

Responsibilities:Overall Plant Management (Shahada Focus): Oversee and manage all aspects of the production operations in the Shahada plant, including production planning, execution, maintenance, quality control, and logistics.Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement detailed production plans and schedules to meet customer demand, optimize resource utilization, and minimize downtime.Team Leadership and Development (Shahada Workforce): Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production supervisors, engineers, and operators within the Shahada facility.
