Mission

Your Role: Reporting to the Production Director, you will play a key role in coordinating operations and optimizing production performance. Main responsibilities: Develop team capabilities, mentor supervisors, and support the enforcement of disciplinary policies. Coordinate daily production activities and ensure operational objectives and KPIs are achieved. Analyze performance, identify gaps, and implement necessary corrective actions. Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, sanitation, and health & safety standards. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and optimize processes, equipment, and resources. Supervise coordinators and supervisors, plan workforce requirements, and ensure efficient management of production lines.
