Production manager (Les Cèdres)

Mission

Your Role: Reporting to the Production Director, you will play a key role in coordinating operations and optimizing production performance.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop team capabilities, mentor supervisors, and support the enforcement of disciplinary policies.
• Coordinate daily production activities and ensure operational objectives and KPIs are achieved.
• Analyze performance, identify gaps, and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, sanitation, and health & safety standards.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and optimize processes, equipment, and resources.
• Supervise coordinators and supervisors, plan workforce requirements, and ensure efficient management of production lines.
