Key Responsibilities:
Production Management

- Maintain quality standards, reduce defects through root cause analysis, and ensure ISO compliance.
Human Resources & Organizational Management
- Lead, train, and develop staff while managing performance, safety, and workplace conditions.
Safety & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with equipment, chemical, and legal regulations.
- Improve productivity, control costs, and drive continuous improvement (Kaizen).
