Production Manager – Glass Manufacturing

Salary: £34,000 – £37,500 per annum (depending on experience)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and driven Production Manager to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Dunstable.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has progressed from a hands‑on Production Operative role into production leadership and management. We are looking for a confident individual with a strong personality who can lead from the front, motivate teams, and maintain high production standards in a fast‑paced environment. Experience within the glass manufacturing industry would be highly advantageous.

Working Hours

Initially, this role will be working 4 days per week:

• Monday to Thursday
• 06:00 – 16:30
• or
• 07:00 – 17:30
