Production Manager

Quest Employment are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Production Manager to lead a glass manufactury floor operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who can drive performance, implement high standards, and help elevate our production capabilities. Experience within the glass manufacturing industry would be recommended although we are also keen to speak with anyone who has a proven track record in production management within other manufacturing environments. Salary: £34,000 - £37,500 Depending on Experience Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and organise daily production schedules to meet operational targets.
