Production Manager

Position Summary

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing daily semiconductor manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, cost objectives, and delivery commitments are achieved. This role leads manufacturing teams in a cleanroom environment, drives operational excellence, and ensures safe, efficient, high-volume wafer fabrication or assembly operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Operations Management

• Manage day-to-day wafer fabrication (Front-End) or Assembly & Test (Back-End) operations.
• Ensure production targets (output, cycle time, on-time delivery) are met.
• Monitor WIP movement, bottlenecks, and line balancing.
• Drive adherence to production schedules and capacity plans.

2. Team Leadership & Workforce Management
