Production Manager

Expectations:

• Managing Precision Machining & PCBA Tooling divisions in Ascentec Engineering Malaysia
• Efficiently trains & manages technicians/machinist's performance and all maintenance related functions including problem's shooting
• Oversee machine technologies & manufacturing processes and become the subject matter expert and ensure company's equipment meets government's regulatory requirement
• To develop and implement key strategies and action plan to build a health (culture and practice) and wealthy (growth) for the company engineering enhancement
• Performs ad hoc tasks when needed to ensure plant operation is in an excellent order
• Works closely with both the Ascentec US and India to bridge any technical gaps
• Technical evaluation, risk analysis, and process flow and estimation of new products
• Identify and implement process improvement and corrective actions
