Production Manager

What you will enjoy doing

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of multiple remote and metropolitan onsite production facilities
• Ensure safe, compliant, and reliable operation of all plants
• Oversee plant startups, shutdowns, troubleshooting, and abnormal operations
• Respond rapidly to operational issues, coordinating resources to minimise customer and business impact
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Plant Technicians and contractors
• Collaborate with logistics, ROC operators, engineering, and other internal teams to ensure seamless operations
• Act as a key point of escalation for customer supply issues and operational disruptions
• Manage the maintenance system (CMMS), including work planning, scheduling, job closure, and record accuracy
