Job Summary

Ensure the production function and technical monitoring of farms.

Responsibilities Include

Production Program:

• Participate in the definition of the production policy on the farms and ensure its implementation.

• Study and forecast the evolution of production means and techniques

• Propose the investments necessary for the development of farms and ensure the improvement of their production

• Optimizing the use of means of production

• Propose to senior management the launch of new crop varieties

• Supervise phytosanitary treatment

• Ensure that production targets are met within the expected time frame

• Validate the purchase orders of material and the technical specifications of the purchased products

• Provide technical support to crop managers

• Write service notes and work instructions for farm managers
