Production Maintenance Supervisor Role

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you report directly to the Manufacturing Manager. Your focus will be on maintaining production roll coaters and UV casting systems while minimizing downtime. You will lead preventive maintenance efforts, troubleshoot mechanical failures, and manage spare parts inventory, playing a critical role in our operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
