Production Machine Operator

Location: Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain laser cutting, turret punching, and bending machines in accordance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders to determine job specifications and requirements.
• Set up machines with the necessary tools, materials, and settings for production runs.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure precision and quality, making adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and report any malfunctions or issues to the supervisor.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by management.
• Track and report production metrics such as cycle time, downtime, and machine efficiency.
