Job Summary

The Production Lead-Technical Entertainment is responsible for assisting supervisor and assistant technical manager with the technical aspects of assigned entertainment venue or events ensuring show quality and a positive guest experience.

Major Responsibilities

• Supervise team members to perform all types of operations in accordance with standard operation procedures and to ensure safety and show quality. Process a high level of professional skills, management skills and accurate judgment.

• Provide timely and comprehensive support to department operations, report progress and issues in a timely manner, and participate in cross-departmental communications as necessary to coordinate efforts and effectively resolve issues.
