Production Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Shift Monitoring:

○ Oversee and manage the entire production process during the assigned shift.

○ Ensure smooth plant operations and coordinate with different teams (maintenance, quality, and logistics).

2. DCS Operation:

○ Operate and monitor Distributed Control Systems (DCS), specifically YOKOGAWA, EMERSON, or equivalent, to ensure optimal production processes.

○ Conduct regular system checks and handle alarms and deviations in the DCS.

○ Collaborate with automation engineers to troubleshoot and optimize DCS configurations for better process efficiency.

3. Process Control & Optimization:

○ Ensure adherence to process parameters, production targets, and quality standards during production.

○ Continuously review process data to optimize yields, reduce wastage, and maintain safety standards.

○ Implement operational improvements in line with the plant’s objectives.
