Production Engineering Manager

Job Overview

To leads process design, workstation layout, and equipment setup for new production lines at Supermicro Malaysia.

To evaluates and improves production efficiency, ergonomics, and automation, while creating and maintaining work instructions, SOPs, and technical documentation

To collaborates with R&D, NPI, and Quality teams for pilot runs and process validation, implements engineering change controls (ECO), and oversees tooling and fixture development.

Expertise in analyzing, developing, and improving manufacturing processes for high-mix, high-volume production.

Ability to identify production issues, implement corrective actions, and enhance yield and product quality.

To responsible for training production staff on technical knowledge and ensuring compliance with established processes.
