We are looking for a Production Engineer Trainee to join our specialty paper production team in Tervakoski. The trainee program lasts approximately 14-18 months and includes job rotation at another delfort mill in Europe. Your main responsibilities will be:
Daily production tasks on the production line; performance monitoring, ensuring production quality, problem-solving and leading people.Participation in CAPEX projectsVarious production development tasksGaining hands-on experience across different production environments to grow into a skilled professional Your profile
