Production Engineer-Press

The Production Engineer (Press) will be responsible for executing and optimizing press operations within the production line, ensuring that panels and components meet the highest quality, strength, and durability standards. The role requires hands‑on involvement in machine operation, production planning, process improvement, resource utilization, and defect minimization to achieve consistent output and production targets.

Production & Process Control

• Plan, monitor, and execute daily press operations (lamination, veneer pressing, PVC, membrane, or hot/cold press).
• Ensure adherence to production plans, capacity utilization, and quality standards.
• Monitor machine parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time) to achieve consistent results.
• Optimize press cycle times to reduce bottlenecks and increase throughput.
