About the Role
Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or related engineering field.
3+ years’ experience in equipment/machine assembly, production engineering, or NPI (preferably in automation or high-mix builds).
Proficient in reading technical drawings, GD&T, BOM structures, and ERP transactions.
Hands‑on with mechanical assembly, measurement tools (calipers, micrometers), and troubleshooting.
Familiar with NCR/CAPA processes and basic quality tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa).
Strong coordination and communication skills across cross‑functional teams and suppliers.
Willing to support on‑site installations and occasional overtime/weekend builds when required.
