We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support the Lendelli team and oversee production operations across the business. This role is central to ensuring every custom jewellery piece is delivered with precision, exceptional quality, and on schedule. The position plays a vital role in maintaining consistency, accuracy, and seamless coordination between the sales and production teams.

About the Role

The Production Coordinator will manage the end-to-end coordination of custom jewellery orders — from quote approval through to final delivery. You will work closely with the sales team, suppliers, CAD designers, setters, manufacturers, and other external stakeholders to translate approved quotes into beautifully executed jewellery pieces.

This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
