Production Control Clerk Lead

Overview

**This position will be physically located in Kuwait in support of LOGCAP**
Under supervision of the Production Control Supervisor/ Maintenance Supervisor, the Production Control Clerk Lead oversees, directs, and manages daily operations of the Production Control and Work Orders Section. Serves as the centralized customer service focal point. Processes all work requests, to include after-hours calls, dispatches craftsmen to emergencies, and writes corrective maintenance (CM). Classifies work using the most current Government work classification system. Inspects, maintains, repairs, operates, and performs minor alternations efficiently and economically. Processes all work requests within 24 hours after receipt to ensure a high level of customer service. Also manages the CE vehicle fleet and associated tasks, and makes vehicle assignments.
