About the Role
We are looking for a Production & Batch Operations Engineer (L2) to ensure the operability, stability, and performance of solutions in RUN / OPEN environments.
This role is strongly focused on batch scheduling, production monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement, acting as Level 2 Support (N2) and working closely with application, project, and DevOps teams.
Key Responsibilities
RUN & Operability (MCO – L2)
- Ensure operability of solutions in RUN / OPEN environments
- Maintain CMDB updates, operational documentation, and follow-up on:
- Obsolescence
- Vulnerability management
- Act as Level 2 Support (N2) for production issues
Scheduling & Monitoring
- Define, plan, and execute batch jobs using Control-M
- Monitor processing workflows in real time
