Production Associate

A leading provider of consumer packaging solutions—specializing in folding cartons, cups, foodservice items, cooking solutions, and multipackages—is seeking motivated Production Associates for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role offers a clear path to permanent employment with an increase in pay upon hire.

Location: Tranmere Dr., Mississauga

Shift & Pay:

Starting Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

Compensation: $19.00 per hour (with a rate increase upon permanent hire).

Note: This is a rotational shift environment, and candidates must be willing to work all shifts, including nights, on a weekly rotation basis.

Load and unload folding cartons on various machines (e.g., feeding gluer, taking off conveyors).

Pack finished cartons into cases or bins, adhering to specific packaging instructions.
